(More customer reviews)Low profile frame needed for modern thick mattresses and on-line only place to purchase.Slow and expensive delivery time.Frame bent at wheel post with-in 30 days from normal use.If they deal with my replacement claim in a timely and efficient way, I will just accept it was a fluke and that the expense was unavoidable.Have to wait and see how they handle the claim.
