(More customer reviews)I ordered this on Amazon, although it was provided by ProMax. The first weather station arrived with NONE of the gauges working. When I contacted ProMax, they wanted a 35% restocking fee just to take their defective merchandise back. When I reminded then that I paid by credit card and could have Visa decline payment, they grudgingly agreed to send another weather station. That one arrived with the needle broken off the temperature gauge. Bottom line: this product is cheaply made and poorly constructed, and ProMax is a company that has a lot to learn about customer service.Save yourself a huge pain and look elsewhere for a weather station.
