(More customer reviews)I ordered three frames, and the *middle* frame was the one with broken glass.Why use glass instead of plastic, I don't know.Customer service was understanding and didn't even ask me to return the item; it was replaced free of charge and I thank them for this.But the replacement came with broken glass as well!The packaging looks good, with the air-bubble packets, so the glass must be too fragile.If it comes intact, it looks great, so of course I've kept the first two, but I haven't even asked Amazon to replace the broken "replacement."I'll get another frame to be the third one instead.
