(More customer reviews)I waited several weeks for this item--far longer than most Amazon orders--and when it finally arrived, I found the quality to be just average. Yes, you can sit on it--IF you are careful and IF you aren't too big--but it is not so sturdy the older versions of this hamper.To make matters worse, I saw the same hamper (albeit in white only) for $40 at Bed Bath and Beyond.So go to B,B & B and get a fair price for the hamper and also you won't have to stand in line so long as I had to wait at home!
